Strawberry and watermelon are both rich in water content; they both are comprised of more than 90% water! Their naturally sweet flavors add a delightful taste to your water while also contributing to your hydration and health, unlike other artificially flavored juice.
Strawberries are plentiful in fiber, vitamin C, and potassium which tremendously boost your digestive system, skin health, and regulate blood pressure levels. Watermelons contain magnesium, antioxidants, and cancer reducing minerals. Combine the fresh fruit with water, and you will have a drink packed with enriching benefits! You will need:
- 1 cup of freshly washed strawberries
- 2 slices of watermelon
- 1 pitcher of filtered water
- Mint leaves (optional)
Step One: Cut each strawberry in half.
Step Two: Cut two slices of watermelon into cubes.
Step Three: Add all of the fruit ingredients and mint leaves to a large pitcher of filtered water.
