When you think of summer fruits, watermelon is most likely the first thing that comes to mind. Nothing beats a cold slice of this fruit on a hot day. Now that the sun is blazing, we're adding our favorite fruit to our water for an ultra-hydrating and refreshing drink.
The recipe is simple.
- Cut your watermelon into large chunks and cucumbers into slices.
- Fill a pitcher or mason jar with the watermelon, cucumbers, and mint leaves
- Fill it up with cold or room temperature water from your water dispenser.
- Place it in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 4 hours. (For a stronger taste, leave it overnight)
- Remove the watermelon, cucumber, and mint from the pitcher/jar.
- Add fresh watermelon, cucumber, and mint for decoration.
Beyond tasting ahh-mazing, this recipe has a number of health benefits.
